RAISING CREATIVE KIDS

Creativity is the no. 1 skill our children need for an AI future of unprecedented change and economic instability. But our children are no longer getting the critical early opportunities to develop it. Nearly 18% of teachers report spending no time teaching art in an average week, Art & Design teacher training recruits are down 84%!! 

The impact for our children? - low motivation, low self-confidence, low resilience, anxiety, dysregulation and powerlessness - all the things creative development works to protect us from. This is a crisis. Government has recognised the threat but it’ll be years before this trickles down to our children. Us parents, though, are already in position to make the changes our children need.
